We offer many services for aquiring, maintaning and updating your MC Number, also referred to as FMCSA/ICC/DOT Operating Authority.

MC Number - FMCSA/ICC/USDOT Operating Authority

Merger, Lease or Transfer of Operating Rights

If you are purchasing a business that has an active Certificate of Authority or want to purchase or lease their operating rights, then this option is for you. You will generally need to file your request with the FMCSA and receive their approval. Once the forms are filed, there is a 10 day comment period before your request will be granted. We will file you request and notify you of the FMCSA's decision on the day it is made.

Name or Address change

If you have changed the name of your business, by changing your business structure (changing to a corporation, partnership or LLC) we can file all the changes for you. It will take from 48-72 hours for the FMCSA to complete the process. We will then fax or email your updated listing to you.

Petition for Reinstatement of your Operating Authority

If you would to have your Operating Authority reinstated, we can file your petition for reinstatement of your Operating Authority. We will check the status of your current MC # and advise you of the required filings that need to be done. We will then submit your application for reactivation. Your authority will be reactivated within 24 hours.

Voluntary Revocation of your Operating Authority

If you decide you no longer want to use or maintain your Operating Authority, we can file for your voluntary revocation. If, at later time, you again wish to use your Operating Authority,we can reativate it for you.
