You can print or we can E-Mail, Fax or Mail the order forms to you. Once you have completed them, you may either mail them to us or fax them to our secure fax line for processing. When we receive your order, we will thoroughly check your forms for all the required information. We will then call or e-mail you, whichever is your choice, to verify your order. Once we receive verification, we will immediately begin processing your order. You will then be notified, by e-mail, phone or fax, of your filings, MC #, USDOT #,Process Agents, etc. Usually the same day.
