You can print or we will E-mail, Fax or Mail to you the order forms for the services that you request. The order form packet will also include a Power of Attorney and an Authorization to Charge Credit Card form.
The Power of Attorney form is a limited power of attorney will allow us to submit the neccessary forms to state and federal agencies and to answer any questions about those filings on your behalf. It can only be used for those purposes. All state and federal agencies require that we have this signed authorization in our possession before filing or submitting any forms to them.
The Authorization to Charge Credit Card form is used to purchase services with your credit card. We do not charge any extra fees or surchages for using a credit card to purchase our services.
You may also send a personal check, money order or cashier's check along with your order forms, by mail.
When we receive your order, we will thoroughly check your forms for all the required information. Once we have all the required information, we will immediately begin processing your order. You will then be notified, by e-mail, phone or fax, of your filings, MC #, USDOT #, Process Agents, etc. Usually the same day.
NOTE:
Once your filings have been submitted to the appropriate federal and state agencies, we can not cancel them or issue any refunds. If you cancel your order before the filings are submitted, we can issue you a refund of all charges.
