Biennial Update, Name or Address Change
If you currently have a USDOT #, you will need to update your Motor Carrier Identification Report with the FMCSA by July 31 of your scheduled year. Your expiration date appears at the bottom right corner of your Motor Carrier Identification Report. You also need to update your report with any changes, ie; Name, Address, Commodities, Number of Vehicles, etc., when they occur. We can file your updates for you and send you a copy of your updated report.
Out of Business Notification
If you are terminating your business, discontinuing operations or simply no longer wish to maintain your USDOT #, we can process the forms for you to inactivate your USDOT #.
Reapplication After Revocation of New Entrant
A new entrant whose USDOT # has been revoked and placed out of service, may re-apply for a USDOT # after a 30 day waiting period from the date of revocation. If this waiting period has passed, we can file all the neccessary forms to re-apply for your USDOT #.
