You are not required to work with these companies or purchase their products or services.

By submitting this application, the applicant and cardholder agree to comply with the cardholder's agreement for payment of the total listed above. It is the policy of the FMCSA that once an application has been submitted and the registration fees have been paid, the FMCSA will not issue ant refunds. Therefore, due to the FMCSA policy, once this application has been processed and your registration numbers or permits have been obtained, we cannot issue any refunds. Refunds may be issued for registrations or permits if they have not yet been filed and/or completed.
